First time buying household appliance on the net and eveything was perfect. Took a bit more time for delivery than first planned but the oven arrived Well packaged and in perfect condition. Product quality is top so far. Unit works perfectly.

I was unsure about the purchase at first, the price was so much lower then the local big box stores. Almost to good to be true. We received or stove with out any issues. We are happy with our purchase and haven't had any issues. I would recommend Home Outlet Direct and Forno.

Very happy with the stove top. We are a large family and cook every meal so the 5 cook surfaces are great. The distance between each spot is perfect. No more space issues. Also having the child lock is a great feature with 3 young kids.

I had several occasions to contact customer service and on each the response and assistance were first rate. My customer service calls were not for major problems but to make a change and to clear up my confusion or misunderstanding related to packaging.
