At Home Outlet Direct, we work with Consumer Priority Service (CPS) to make sure your appliances stay protected long after the manufacturer’s warranty runs out. By adding a CPS plan at checkout, you’re covered for repairs, replacements, and service visits that would otherwise cost you time and money.
Your CPS protection includes complete parts and labor coverage, in-home service, and replacement if your product can’t be fixed. Depending on the manufacturer’s coverage, your protection could last up to eight years in total—for example, a 3-year manufacturer warranty plus 5 years of CPS protection.
Manufacturer warranties usually cover only a short period and often exclude common issues. When problems arise later, repairs can be expensive and inconvenient. A CPS plan ensures your investment is protected with dependable, hassle-free support whenever you need it.
If your appliance already comes with a full parts and labor warranty, you can add the CPS plan any time up to 90 days before that warranty expires.
If the manufacturer provides only parts coverage, the CPS plan must be added at the time of purchase.
Your coverage doesn’t end after a repair, it continues right through your full contract term. The only exception is if your item is replaced, in which case the plan concludes.
CPS plans don’t include cosmetic or intentional damage, labor for unstacking units, or routine maintenance and cleaning.
