Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders!

  • We ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. Depending on the item you purchase delivery times will vary
  • Thor Kitchen typically arrives within 7-10 business days
  • Forno typically arrives within 7-10 business days
  • Most other appliance brands we carry typically arrive within 5-15 business days - such as ILVE, Forte, Blaze, Perlick (when in stock)
  • We use Fedex, or other similar nationwide carriers
  • For appliances, we will work with FedEx or other carriers that specialize in appliances
  • We also work with regional carriers depending on your location
  • Curbside shipping is a type of shipping designed for large appliance such as ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.
  • The courier will bring the appliance to your property curb
  • They will not bring it inside your home, garage, porch, etc.

  • If you are registered as a reseller in your state, place email us a copy of your reseller certificate and we will make your account sales tax exempt.

  • If an item arrives damaged it will be repaired or replaced
  • If the damage is minor, we will work with you to resolve the situation, such as repairing the section, replacing the section damaged, etc.
  • Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
