This 48-inch induction range from ILVE's Nostalgie II line pairs a six-element induction cooktop with two electric ovens (3.5 + 1.52 cu. ft.). Nostalgie II is ILVE's retro-styled line, with vintage knobs and bar handles outside and current burner and oven technology inside. It is finished in Antique White with Bronze trim, with a triple-glass oven door.
It is all-electric: cooktop and ovens run on a 240-volt, 73.8-amp circuit.
The main oven (UOV 80 M) has 9 cooking modes:
The second oven (UOV 30 E) offers grill, top heat, bottom heat and conventional cooking, without a fan.

This range is perfect! It looks elegant, cleans like a dream, simple controls, works perfect. Great product. Fast delivery from Home Outlet Direct and great service.
We purchased this range four our new build. The range was packaged securely in a crate and arrived undamaged. It is stunning! We purchased the stainless steel-the handles look almost white in the pictures online but are indeed stainless. We had excellent customer service from Home Direct Outlet, as our original purchase was the LP model and it was not available. Their customer service rep contacted us right away and offered to ship the natural gas model with the LP conversion kit included for free. Their customer service rep was highly responsive via email. The range will be installed later this year and will update the review once the range is in service.
I was a little concerned ordering a big appliance online, however it was a positive experience. The delivery process was excellent and received it a couple weeks after ordering. I am happy with the way the range looks and its functionality.
This stove is so beautiful! I love it. Every day I learn a little more about how to use it. The only thing that is disappointing, is the oven is much smaller than my other 30" stove. I cannot use most of my cookie sheets. The stove is worth every penny!

Arrived quickly and in great shape. It takes a few sessions to get the smell out. Had a problem with a foot (my fault) USA based office sent replacement right away. Still testing all the functions but so far it works and temperatures are exact

The Ilve Nostalgie is gorgeous and cooks well. Our only complaint is the fan is very loud. Others have complained about this. Also, the bronze trim looks lighter (almost copper colored) in some on-line pictures. We were surprised at how dark it was. Although we liked the color, we thought we received the incorrect color because it looked so different.
I really like this stove. However, nowhere in the description does it indicate that you must buy the duel-fuel version in order to get all 9 cooking functions. We ordered the LP (gas) version not knowing that. Additionally, It took 8 months for the stove to arrive. The LP vesrion comes with the following cooking funtions: Defrost, Broiler, Bottom cooking, & Bottom cooking with air circulating fan. (True convection cooking is only with the duel-fuel model) Beyond that, it's an aesthetically beautiful range. The oven box is smaller than many other models, but heats quickly & fits even the largest roasts without a problem. It's stated in the manual that these oven can vary in temp by up to 50 degrees under or over. Mine happens heats 50 degrees under- so to cook at 350, I have to set my dial to 400. (recommend purchasing an oven thermometer so you know how hot yours runs.) I really love the auto oven fan for cooling & the fact that the oven light comes on automatically when you turn the oven on, and stay on until you turn the oven off. You do need to be patient & wait for the oven & broiler to ignite & stay on, (igniter auto cycles between 4-6 times before it finally catches & stays lit.) Highly recommend the addition of the "self clean" oven wall liners. They actually work very well, vaporizing grease so it wipes off easy. The 5 range burners are fantastic! Love the double ring center burner especially. I bought the additional Simmer plate & Wok holding plate. Those two items really help you get the most versatility of this burner; makes cooking all day simmering foods or flash fry wok foods pretty simple & hassle free. The fan for cooling the range top (located under the burners & stainless steel top) is noticeably loud but not any more so than a standard range vent hood. Unlike other brands, you will not find a ton of customer info on the internet about the ILVE brand. So trouble shooting a problem on your own is not easy, and even my gas company tech was taken aback when one of our burners refused to light correctly when he hooked it up. (If you have a burner that does not seem to be catching, or the spark is igniting down instead of across to the burner as it should,- you need to carefully unscrew the igniter at the base and reposition it either "up" or by rotating it slightly. Then re-tighten the nut at the base.) After adjusting ours a quarter turn ours lit perfectly. I suspect it either shifted during transport or got bumped & bent the tiniest bit. (YouTube will be you best go-to for figuring out setting the clock and so forth.) Over all this is a range built for long lasting performance. It's heavy (200lbs), and not cheaply constructed. The old-school tic-tic of the igniters as well as the need to hold them for up to 8 seconds to stay lit, will bother some people, but I actually like this safety feature. My only regret is that I wish the dealer product description had been more clear that to get all 9 "bells & whistle" cooking features, that you need the duel-fuel version, because I really wanted them. I would've purchased that model had I known the gas range did not come with them. I love the look of this stove, as well as it's cooking performance, and ease of cleaning.

A great stove! 4 stars because they have a flimsy "back splash" that is one of the most visible parts of the range top. If you touch it, it rattles and flexes. Not a big deal, but geeze... Just finish strong.

The self-clean oven panels arrived securely packaged, and were very simple to self-install. The powder coating will leave a lot of sooty residue on your hands, so I recommend wearing some disposable gloves. Also suggest you run the oven for about 45min-1 hr after installing to burn off chemical smell. Because the ILVE Nostalgie 30" range has a somewhat smaller oven box, greasy spatters do happen regularly. My wife loves these "self-clean" panels, because once the oven cools off she can easily wipe the vaporized grease speckles right off. Would highly recommend these to anyone purchasing an ILVE range.
