In-Home Delivery (Large Appliances): Couriers brings the appliance inside and inspects for damage. (No installation, haul-away, or debris removal.)
Room of Choice: Delivery to the room you choose (up to 7 steps with 2 movers). Extra steps or movers may require additional fees, set by the carrier (not Home Outlet Direct).
Small Items: Range hoods, microwaves, etc. ship via ground shipments to your door and not in-home. If ordered with large appliances, they may arrive with your In-Home Delivery.
⁺Return/Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging (including box and pallet).
Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved Forno returns.
