We bought a Thor package for a renovation. It was 2 months before we were ready to install them due to a delay in renovation. We when unboxed the refrigerator we found a damaged door. We contacted them and within 2 hours they sent us a tracking for the replacement door. They made the process so easy and fast. We are extremely pleased with Thor and their commitment to customer service.
We’re loving our kitchen appliances takes it to a whole new level.
Our Jennair shorted out so we needed a replacement cooktop. This 6 burner gas cooktop is a great replacement for 1/5 the cost of our old one. I wish they made a similar downdraft version of this but you can’t beat this deal. It works awesome. Wife loves it.
