  • In-Home Delivery (Large Appliances): Couriers brings the appliance inside and inspects for damage. (No installation, haul-away, or debris removal.)

  • Room of Choice: Delivery to the room you choose (up to 7 steps with 2 movers). Extra steps or movers may require additional fees, set by the carrier (not Home Outlet Direct).

  • Small Items: Range hoods, microwaves, etc. ship via ground shipments to your door and not in-home. If ordered with large appliances, they may arrive with your In-Home Delivery.
