After stumbling on HOD site and finding what appeared to be wonderful options and multiple positive reviews I decided to order for the first time from HOD for a remodel project I was working on. Ordered the Forno Espresso 3 piece Package. Almost all items came badly damaged, the dishwasher was acceptable, the refrigerator was damaged and was offered a credit to keep it, the range was beyond usable and rejected from the delivery company. I was told by HOD a new replacement would be delivered after multiple emails and photos exchanged. It’s been almost 60 days with no replacement in sight, and they just sent an email message stating they don’t have a replacement and would just credit me in full for the range. So, I have to find the same range from another seller, or will just have an unmatched set and have to buy another brand and style. What a waste of time and money for a complete kitchen remodel and the appliances look used. I would not order from this company or Forno ever again. Home Outlet Direct blames Forno, either way they don’t stock their own inventory like other wholesalers I’ve used in the past. Absolutely terrible experience.

This stove met all our expectations! The ease of putting things in and taking things out of the over are so much better than the conventional ovens! The heavy grates show the quality. I would buy this over and over again! If you are thinking about a stove that looks good and is worth the money, this is the stove for you. Going through home direct discount saved us a lot of money and they were great to work with. Delivery guys were great and on time!
